Version 2.0 of Checkout Professional includes layaway. Like everything else that Checkout Professional does, layaway is easy to use. Some of the features of layaway are:

  • Ability to place a sale on layaway
  • Print a product hold ticket (for the warehouse or showroom)
  • Accept incremental payment at the register
  • Accept full payment at the register
  • Partial order pickup, payment, and cancellation are supported
  • Create COD scenario
  • Print reports showing what items are on layaway
  • Print aging layaway reports
  • Expire layaway sales (The deposit can become profit)
  • Set your own minimum deposit dollar amount or percentage (or both)
