Item Suggestions
When setting up your items in Checkout Professional, you have the option of assigning a suggested item to the item that you are adding. This assists the cashier by making a suggestion when a particular item the customer is requesting is out of stock.
This feature can help you gain sales that may have otherwise walked out of the door and purchased from your competition.
